At Astra Data Solutions we provide Enterprise IT and Cyber Security Managed Services for businesses of every size. We provide true IT Management (MSP) and true Security Services (MSSP), with a focus on the whole enterprise.

We have worked diligently to attain the distinguished CompTIA Managed Services Trustmark, which validates the professional support and procedures we follow with all of our clients.
Astra Data Solutions, Inc. was formed in September 2013 with the intent of bringing quality IT Management and Cybersecurity services to our clients at an affordable price point. Conceived by Adam Coven and George Katouchis, who together, at the time, had over 30 years combined hands-on experience in systems, cybersecurity and infrastructure.
Management Team
Adam Coven
Adam Coven has over 18 years of experience in both hands-on technical and security engineering/architecture as well as team, project, fiduciary, and departmental management in environments that range from 5 person start-ups to Fortune 20 companies. This experience has granted Mr. Coven a unique perspective in a range of business and technological environments. He has spent his career advancing his skills and has proven many times over that he excels in planning and providing secure, efficient, and reliable business environments by utilizing technological implementations. Over the course of his professional life Mr. Coven has been recognized for his skills by being granted several key industrial certifications: Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Sun Certified Systems Administrator (SCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), GIAC Certified UNIX Security Administrator (GCUX[Gold]), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Data Center Management Professional (CDCMP), Network Security Expert lv3 (NSE3), and he is continuing his quest for more knowledge and experience. His skills and experience were of particular value to his former clients: Reuters, Citi Group, Highbridge Capital, IPC, JetBlue, JPMC, BNP Paribas, and many others.
George Katouchis
Prior to co-founding Astra Data Solutions, Mr. Katouchis has held technical positions at Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions, Sidera Networks (formerly RCN Metro), Thomson Reuters and Infragistics. Mr. Katouchis is a results-driven technology professional with extensive experience in the administration and support of information systems who has expertise in implementation, analysis and optimization. Mr. Katouchis has a proven ability to lead and motivate project teams to ensure success. Mr. Katouchis holds a Degree in Information Technology in addition to Network Security Expert lv3 (NSE3), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professional plus Internet (MCP+I), and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certifications.
